Steve and Maxine welcome you to their, quaint and modest site, Winterton Touring Caravan Ground. A peaceful, pet friendly adults-only retreat with options ranging from Touring Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans, Trailer Tents to Tent pitches

Our site is very dog-friendly and we'd love to meet your sets of paws. Please note though, the campsite itself is not securely fenced so dogs will need to kept on a lead when outside. We do have dog pens available to rent. In addition we have a separate secure dog exercise field which can be booked independently through our sister website www.wintertonhoundground.co.uk 

There is also an independently run 'Maisey Days' dog grooming facility onsite, your paws could have a pawspa whilst you relax in the sun!  Pre-booking is essential however. Ask for more details when booking your stay.

Winterton village itself welcomes dogs and all the businesses are extremely dog friendly.

 Guests can enjoy the serene, unspoiled sandy beach and dunes of Winterton and surrounding villages, all within walking distance. 

We can provide a list of published walks in the area all directly accessible from the campsite.

 Our site has 5 fully serviced pitches with electrical hook-up and water and 6 partially serviced pitches with water only. All pitches are grass but being a sand subsoil, the field is free draining and hard; you will need a mallet to knock in tent / awning pegs during the summer. Each serviced pitch, is at least 11 metres wide, has their own independent access to fresh water and 10amp electrical connection with meter.  A one-off complimentary electric credit of £5 is included with each serviced pitch booking. Additional power can be purchased if required and any remaining credit on leaving is refunded.   There are additional fresh water points, CPD toilet and grey water disposal but, please note, we do not have toilet or shower facilities. 

Dog pens, gas BBQ's and Fire Pits are available to rent, subject to availability and free wifi internet is provided, but  please note we are a rural location and connection speeds can be like the location, on the more relaxed side.

We are committed to making the great outdoors accessible to all without a hefty price tag. Our rates are competitively priced at £25 per night for fully serviced pitches and £20 per night for water only serviced, both accommodating up to 4 adults per pitch. 

We are regularly inspected and certified by the Camping and Caravanning Club. Our certificate number is 134/001
