All bookings made are in accordance and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please note we do accept commercial vehicles.

No admittance to the site will be permitted without prior confirmed booking. Bookings can be made via e-mail at info@wtcg.co.uk, use the contact form or by phone 07706453687. If calling please do so between the hours of 10am and 6pm 7 days a week.

Stays of up to 2 nights must be paid for in full at time of booking.  For longer durations a deposit of 50% of the fee due is to be paid at time of booking with the remainder 30 days before arrival. Bookings made with less than 30 days in advance are to be paid in full at time of booking. 

We are able to accept payment via credit card over the phone (please do not include credit card details in any e-mail correspondence) or via bank transfer; bank details will be provided when availability for your required date(s) has been confirmed. Please note your credit card statement will be listed under Winterton Hound Ground.

Serviced pitches with up to 4 adults - £25 per night.

Pre-paid 10amp electrical hook-ups are available for caravans and motorhomes etc. £5 of complimentary electric is included, any additional power required can be purchased separately and any unused additional power purchased will be refunded on the day of departure. 

Un-serviced pitches with up to 4 adults - £20 per night. 

Low season rates are available from October and until the Blighty weather / ground conditions state the need to close for the winter months. 

These are £10 per night for tents, £15 for un-serviced grass only and £20 for serviced pitches.

Please note there are no toilet or shower facilities, therefore being self-contained is necessary.

All pitches are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. No arrivals will be accepted before 1pm unless by prior agreed arrangements. There is a locked gate at the entrance to the camp site, the code for which will be provided at least 24hrs  prior to arrival.

Arrivals will not be accepted after 6pm without prior arrangement. 

Please advise us as soon as you are aware if you are likely to arrive after 6pm on the day of arrival. If notification of a late arrival of this nature is not received, the allocated pitch will be re-advertised as available for others to book at 10am the following day.

Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on a lead of no more than 2m in length as the site is not securely fenced. All rules related to the dangerous dog act must be adhered to.

There is however a separate secure fenced field adjacent to the camp site which is for the specific use of dogs; Winterton Hound Ground. To make use of this facility and make separate bookings via our associated website www.wintertonhoundground.co.uk

We also have a dedicated dog washing station for when your sets of paws comes back from a splash in the sea with half of Winterton beach in its fur.

All deposits made at time of booking are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival, any outstanding fee will not be charged.  If you cancel with more than 30 days notice of your arrival date, you will receive a refund of all monies paid minus the the deposit.

There are no refunds for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

Should it be necessary for your booking to be cancelled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid to date.

1. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. There should be no noise or vehicle movement between 11pm and 7am
2. The use of generators is only allowed with our explicit permission.
3. Vehicle speed must be kept to 5mph at all times
4. The use of gas cylinders with a capacity greater than 15kg is not permitted.
5. No camp fires are permitted and all BBQ's / fire pits need to be off ground.
6. Should the behaviour of guests, or the behaviour of guests pets cause a nuisance, you will be asked to cease the behaviour or leave the site - no refunds will be given in this instance.
